Buying questions

Questions buyers ask before the first order

Straight answers on quantity, price, customisation, delivery and support. Anything that depends on your project is routed to the quotation rather than stated as a fixed rule.

Buying

What is the minimum order quantity?

A single machine is a normal order — most of our business is one unit or one line at a time. Quantity pricing applies when you are equipping several sites or buying machines as a package, and is quoted per project.

How much does a copper wire granulator cost?

Between US$699 and US$8,500 per set, ex-works. Machines in the 40–100 kg/h range start at US$699, and 300 kg/h units or complete cable recycling lines start at US$8,500. The spread is driven by capacity, voltage and whether dust collection and a second separation stage are included — the exact figure for your configuration comes with the quotation.

Why is there a price range instead of a single price?

Because the machine is configured to your material, not picked from stock. Capacity, supply voltage, blade profile, dust collection and the number of separation stages all change the build, and each of those is a priced option. A granulator quoted for 40 kg/h of household wire is a different machine from one built for 300 kg/h of mixed armoured cable.

How much does a recycling line cost?

There is no catalogue price, because the cost is driven by throughput, input material, automation level and how much of the line we supply. Send us your material type, required tons per hour and site constraints, and you will get a configuration with a price against it.

What payment and shipping terms do you work on?

T/T and L/C are both accepted. Machines ship FOB from a Chinese port, and we can quote CIF or arrange forwarder coordination if you prefer a delivered price.

Can we visit the factory before ordering?

Yes. Factory visits are welcome and we can arrange a demonstration of the relevant machine running. Tell us your dates in advance so the equipment you want to see is set up and material is available for a live test.

Technical

Can the machine be customised for our material?

Yes — this is the normal way we work. Blade profiles, rotor speed, screen apertures, belt width and motor size are all selected against your input material and target output. Send a material sample or a clear description of what you are processing and we will match the configuration to it.

What power supply do the machines need?

It depends on the model. The entry-level copper granulator runs on 220 V single phase (a 110 V version is available for North America). Larger granulators, shredders and shears use three-phase industrial power. Every quotation states the exact supply requirement for the model quoted.

Do you test the machine with our material before shipment?

Machines are assembled and load-tested before shipment. Where the separation result matters — eddy current sorting in particular — we can run a material test before you commit, because separation efficiency depends on particle size and cleanliness.

Delivery & support

What does installation involve?

We supply layout drawings before shipment, and commissioning support on site for full lines. For single machines we provide an operation manual plus remote guidance, and on-site commissioning can be added when your team wants a supervised start-up.

What warranty comes with the equipment?

Twelve months, with lifetime technical support after that. Wear parts — blades, screens, belts — are consumables and are stocked for repeat orders so replacement does not wait on a full production cycle.

How is the operator trained?

Training is by operation manual and remote video walkthrough for stand-alone machines, and by on-site handover during commissioning for lines. Maintenance guidance covers routine upkeep, wear-part replacement and inspection intervals.

What certifications do the machines carry?

CE marking applies to the equipment range, and the company operates an ISO 9001 quality system. Certificates for the specific model you are buying are provided with the quotation documentation.

Have a question that is specific to your site?

Power supply, footprint, material mix, local regulations — send the details and get an answer from the engineering side.
