Privacy Policy
This page explains what happens to information you send through this website, and what the site records on its own. It is written to match how the site is actually built — there is no tracking script, advertising pixel or chat widget on these pages.
1. Who we are
The controller of the information described here is Henan Miracle Machinery Co., Ltd., ofNo. 5 (Annex 5), Shangdu Road, Zhengdong New District, Zhengzhou, Henan, China. We design, manufacture and supply scrap metal recycling and induction melting equipment, and we deal with business customers rather than consumers.

2. What you send us
The only way to send us information through this website is the enquiry form on thecontact page. The form asks for:
- your name and email address (both required);
- your company name and country (optional);
- the machine or category you are interested in, and the capacity or quantity you have in mind (optional);
- a free-text message (optional).
Nothing else is collected. We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or any special category data, and you should not include such information in the message field. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Nothing is sent automatically. Either the form posts your answers to the delivery service named in section 5, or — where no such service is configured — it prepares the same answers as an email or WhatsApp message and you choose whether to send it.
3. What the server records
Like any website, this one is served by a hosting provider that records standard technical access logs — typically the IP address the request came from, the browser user-agent string, the page or file requested, and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site available and to investigate abuse or errors. They are not used to build profiles of visitors, and they are not combined with the details you submit through the form.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies. It does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels, heat-mapping tools, A/B testing scripts or a third-party chat widget, so there is nothing to consent to and no cookie banner is shown. The site also does not write to your browser's local storage.
If that ever changes — for example if we add analytics to measure which pages attract qualified enquiries — this section and section 6 will be updated first, and consent will be requested where the law requires it.
5. Third-party services
The enquiry form is delivered by Google LLC (Google Forms). When you submit the form, the fields you filled in are transmitted to and stored by that provider so that we can read and answer the enquiry; their handling of the data is governed by their own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. Where that provider stores data outside your country, the transfer relies on their own safeguards for international transfers. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months and then delete them.
Loading a page on this site does not itself send a request to any third-party domain. The fonts used here are served from this website rather than from Google Fonts, so no visitor IP address is passed to a font provider.
The pages do contain ordinary outbound links — to our Alibaba storefront, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok profiles, and to WhatsApp. These are plain links: no data is sent to those platforms unless you click one, and once you do, the privacy policy of that platform applies to what happens there.
6. How we use your information
- to reply to your enquiry and answer technical questions;
- to prepare a quotation, drawing or proposal for the equipment you asked about;
- to follow up on an open enquiry, and to keep a record of what was quoted and agreed;
- to meet accounting, tax and export documentation obligations if an order follows;
- to keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass enquiry details to advertising networks, data brokers or unrelated third parties.
7. Legal basis
Where data protection law requires us to identify a legal basis — for visitors in the European Union or the United Kingdom, for example — we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us, and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where an order is placed, we process the necessary information to perform that contract and to meet legal obligations. If we ever ask to use your details for something beyond the enquiry, such as a newsletter, we will ask for your consent separately.
8. Who we share it with
Enquiry details are seen by the sales and engineering staff who need them to answer you. Beyond that, information is disclosed only to:
- service providers that host the website and run our email, acting on our instructions and bound to confidentiality;
- freight forwarders, inspection bodies or customs agents, where an order requires it;
- professional advisers or authorities, where we are legally required to disclose, or where disclosure is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
9. International transfers
We are based in China and handle enquiries from many countries, so your information will be transferred to and processed in China. Our hosting and email providers may also store data in other jurisdictions. Where information originating in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another region with transfer restrictions is transferred, we put appropriate safeguards in place for that transfer.
10. How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any equipment supplied as a result, and then for the period our accounting and product-support records require. Enquiries that never lead to an order are deleted once they are clearly closed. Server logs are kept for a short rolling period and then discarded.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. Where we relied on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these, emailsales@miraclemachineryco.com with enough detail for us to identify the enquiry — your name, company and roughly when you wrote. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country.
12. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiry records is limited to staff who need them. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive personal, financial or identification documents through the enquiry form — ask us for a secure transfer method instead.
13. Changes to this policy
If the way this website handles information changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised. Material changes will be reflected here before the change takes effect.
