Equipment
Shredding, granulation, separation and shearing for scrap; induction melting and casting for the melt shop. Every page carries the model range, drive power and throughput we quote.

Industrial Metal Shredder
2–8 t/h · 2 × 110 kW
Copper Wire Granulator
300–500 kg/h · up to 99.9% Cu
Eddy Current Separator
1–5 t/h · 7 kW
Hydraulic Gantry Shear
800 t shear · 12–18 s cycle
GTS Series Trommel Screen
GTS series · project-specific
Vertical Crusher
Secondary crushing stage
Medium Frequency Induction Melting Furnace
1–10 kg · 70–100 kg per heat
Continuous Casting & Rolling Line
Ingot · billet · rodComplete recovery lines
A line is a sequence, not a shopping list. The order of the machines decides how much metal you actually recover.

Scrap Aluminium Recycling Line
Shred, crush and separate mixed aluminium scrap into a clean furnace-ready fraction, with ferrous and non-ferrous streams split out along the way.
Scrap Steel Crushing & Sorting Line
Reduce heavy steel scrap to a dense, uniform furnace charge while separating non-ferrous contamination out of the stream.
Scrap Cable & Wire Recycling Line
Recover saleable copper granules from mixed and thin cable that manual stripping cannot handle economically — 300–500 kg/h on the heavy-duty build.
Waste Appliance Crushing & Recycling
Dismantle and crush end-of-life appliances, then split out ferrous, non-ferrous and plastic fractions for separate sale.About Miracle Machinery
Henan Miracle Machinery was founded in 2002 on the back of a much longer metal processing heritage - decades in castings and metal thermal processing before recycling machinery became the core business.
That background is why the engineering conversation starts with metallurgy rather than with a price list: which alloy, what contamination, what output size, and what the downstream buyer will pay for it.

Process engineering first
We size the line around your input material, target output size and throughput — not around a catalogue number.
In-house build & test
Equipment is assembled and load-tested before shipment, with commissioning support on site.
Full-lifecycle service
Consulting, layout drawings, manufacturing, installation, operator training and spare parts from one team.

Lead time, customisation, payment terms and what happens after delivery.
All questionsHow much does a recycling line cost?
There is no catalogue price, because the cost is driven by throughput, input material, automation level and how much of the line we supply. Send us your material type, required tons per hour and site constraints, and you will get a configuration with a price against it.
Can the machine be customised for our material?
Yes — this is the normal way we work. Blade profiles, rotor speed, screen apertures, belt width and motor size are all selected against your input material and target output. Send a material sample or a clear description of what you are processing and we will match the configuration to it.
What warranty comes with the equipment?
Twelve months, with lifetime technical support after that. Wear parts — blades, screens, belts — are consumables and are stocked for repeat orders so replacement does not wait on a full production cycle.
